Nearly 25 years Nicolae Ceausescu ruled Romania over. The cult of personality around him and his wife Elena teemed before absurdity and unreasonableness. For this purpose I developed the theme BAD IDEA a fictional Romanian "propaganda TV" with self-generated television picture noise - absurd, unrealistic and exaggerated.
